能够培养定力、自律与内在平和,
并启发觉悟的智慧。
数百年来,禅修不仅是一条修行之路,
更是一种生活方式——
将觉知带入行住坐卧,
在日常中活出清明与专注。
集体禅修时间
少林寺澳洲中心每周提供集体禅修课程,
由延徜师父带领指导。
每周六 Saturday
9:30 – 10:30 AM

Chan meditation is the heart of Chan practice and a cornerstone of its philosophy. Unlike meditation aimed at achieving specific states, Chan meditation emphasizes letting thoughts pass without attachment, allowing practitioners to experience clarity and insight directly. In the Shaolin tradition and beyond, Chan meditation is seen as a way to harmonize body and mind, fostering discipline, inner peace, and the possibility of sudden enlightenment. For centuries, it has been practiced not only as a spiritual path but also as a way of living deliberately, bringing mindfulness into everyday actions.
