Developed over thousands of years of practice, Zen Chinese Medicine emphasizes harmony between mind, body, and spirit by restoring the smooth flow of Qi — the vital life force. Treatments can be a combination of cupping, acupuncture, herbal remedies, massage, and mindful breathing, not just to relieve symptoms but to address the deeper causes of imbalance. Guided by Zen principles of simplicity and awareness, this approach encourages patients to cultivate inner calm while supporting physical health. Whether easing stress, pain or illness, improving energy, or fostering long‑term wellness, Zen Chinese Medicine provides a timeless framework for living with clarity and resilience

About Dr Yenhe Shi
Dr Yenhe Shi has been practicing medicine for 20 years, and has been at Shaolin Temple Australia for the 2. He developed his skills training and studying at the Songshan Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. In his early years he trained Kung Fu at the temple, but his heart always belonged to medicine. He asked his master if he could refocus his time and dedicate it to his medicinal studies, and his master was supportive of his dedication.
He spent 5 years studying at the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, before practicing for 8 years at the Songshan Shaolin Temple.
