Zen Tea Ceremony
Chinese tea has long been valued not only as a refreshing drink but as a source of health and balance. Rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, and natural compounds, tea supports digestion, boosts metabolism, and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Our amazing volunteers prepare and provide many delicious snacks to accompany the bottomless cups of high-quality tea. We invite you to join us for a relaxing and nourishing afternoon sharing tea and stories with kind and fascinating people.
